Timeline – REDLARA 2026 Scientific Papers

    1. Deadline for submission of papers:

      Friday, 27 February 2026 (23:59 GMT-3)
    1. Scientific Committee review period:

      Monday, 2 March – Friday, 3 April 2026

      During this period, the process will include:

      – Assignment of papers to reviewers

      – Double-blind peer review

      – Resolution of review discrepancies

      – Final classification (Oral presentation / Poster presentation / Rejection)

    1. Notification of acceptance:

      Monday, 6 April 2026
      Authors will be notified regarding:

      – Review outcome and assigned presentation format (oral or poster)

      – Specific presentation guidelines

      – Registration requirements for the presenting author

  1. Deadline for presentation upload (via the REDLARA digital platform):

    – Oral presentations:
    Friday, 17 April 2026. Upload of slide presentation
    – Poster presentations:
    Friday, 24 April 2026.     Upload of digital poster (for the congress app and committee review).

REDLARA Award › 1º place › oral presentation  ›  registration for ESHRE 2027 (for the first author or presenter of the paper only, personal and non-transferable, valid upon presentation of the flight ticket, registration during the early rate period). 
 
Triple Border Award › 2º place › oral presentation  ›  inscripción ASRM 2027 (for the first author or presenter of the paper only, personal and non-transferable, valid upon presentation of the flight ticket, registration during the early rate period).
 
Young Researcher Award › USD 500 › oral or poster presentation (for the first author only, personal and non-transferable, maximum age of 35 years old at the time of completion of the study).

RAQUEL URTEAGA


Psicóloga General Sanitaria, especializada en Psicooncología y Psicología de la Fertilidad, con 24 años de experiencia profesional. Ha desarrollado su carrera tanto en el ámbito privado como en equipos multidisciplinares, ofreciendo terapia cognitivo-conductual y acompañando a pacientes en procesos complejos como la enfermedad, el duelo y la infertilidad.

Su compromiso con el crecimiento profesional la llevó a completar un Máster en Psicooncología y otro en Infertilidad, además de formación complementaria en Psicología Sanitaria y Jurídica.

Ha estado profundamente involucrada con la Sociedad Española de Fertilidad (SEF), participando activamente en comités, grupos de trabajo y, actualmente, como miembro del Registro Nacional y miembro del comité permanente del Grupo de Donación de Gametos y Embriones. Colabora regularmente como speaker en congresos nacionales e internacionales, centrando su labor en la sensibilización sobre la fertilidad y en la promoción del cuidado psicológico en la medicina reproductiva.

Además, posee el certificado europeo EuroPsy en Psicología Clínica y de la Salud y actualmente cursa el Doctorado en Psicología Clínica y de la Salud en la Universidad de Valencia
