Before starting your registration, please note the following:

1. All professionals — both REDLARA members and non-members — must register using the form.

2. REDLARA members are entitled to 3 complimentary congress grants (this does not include pre-congress courses). To access these grants, the centre must have paid the 2026 membership fee in full. If payment is pending, you may complete it and then register using the code. Please check with your centre director who will use the grants, as changes cannot be made after registration.

3. For group registrations, please email congresoredlara@redlara.com with the list of professionals so that we can provide the registration codes.

4. Main programme registrations include in-person access to the scientific programme, the commercial exhibition, the opening cocktail reception, and a certificate of attendance.

5. To take part in a pre-congress course, present an oral or poster scientific paper, or sit any examination during the event, prior registration for the congress is mandatory.

6. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable; the same applies to grants awarded to members and/or industry. Changes to grant categories are not permitted.

7. Fees are in US Dollars; the payment platform commission (Stripe) will be added automatically upon payment, which may vary between 3% and 4.5%.

8. Registrations are validated and confirmed only upon payment (except for 100% grants).

9. Participants must arrive well in advance to collect their badge, which must be worn at all times during the event. If lost or misplaced, a replacement badge can be obtained at the registration area for an administrative fee of USD 50.
